Reservation Policies:
- Secure online credit card or bank transfer.
- Reservation deposit of 25% of total due 2 days after reservation acceptance.
- Balance of payment due 45 days prior to arrival.
- Damage deposit may be required
General Policies:
Minimum Stay: 3 to 5 nights, depending on season.
Delivery of Instructions and Access Information: Coded door locks with 24 hour Guest Services.
Check-In Time: After 4 pm (PST)
Check-Out Time: By 10 am (PST)
Cancellation: Loss of deposit or loss of full payment if cancelled within 5 days of arrival (negotiable) $200 charge if booking is replaced within 14 days of date of arrival.
Smoking: No smoking permitted.
Pets: No pets allowed, sorry.
Housekeeping: Included, unless stay is less than 3 nights then cleaning & set up charge of $225 will apply. Mid-stay cleaning service available on request for standard fee.
Maintenance Emergencies: 24 Hour service 1-888-500-2108 ext. 2
Arrival Days: You can arrive any day of the week
Minimum Age Requirement: At least two guests must be at least 25 years old
Late Reservation Payments: Will result in cancellation without refund.
Property Damage: Guest is 100% responsible for cost to repair or replace any damage to townhome or contents. Damage Deposit may be requested. Complete assessment is done by Property Managers following check out.
Liability: We are not responsible for any personal injury or damage to personal property of registered guests or their guests.
Excessive Noise: Excessive noise after 10 pm is not allowed. This is monitored and can result in a Strata fine of $200 FOR EACH registered complaint, payable by the registered guest. Kindly respect the privacy of neighbours.
